The path of weight loss is not so easy; lots of sacrifices have to be made. But you can fill this boring path with some healthy snacks.
You need to make sure you have at home a number of snacks that will take the place of biscuits, cakes and chocolates. If you are trying to lose weight, this is my top four recommendations:

Most weight loss programs are not included because they are quite high in calories, but eaten in small quantities (a few) they charge you until the next main meal and does not cause deterioration of the energy that you can get an hour after eating junk food.
Once again, a slow burner, which makes me full from breakfast through to lunch. Add a spoonful of honey and cinnamon for some truly delicious start to the day.
Easy to grab on the run or on the way to the office. They are very filling and have a low GI so that energy is released gradually rather than all in one hit. I make sure I always have a banana in my bag for a mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack.
