– Oil Changes

Let's start with the easy ones. How to change your oil? I can still hear my father say, "Be sure to change the oil every 3,000 miles!" Today, most cars do not require oil changes quite frequently, but if your hard drive, it does not hurt to put some fresh synthetic oil there to help things run a little smoother.

– Fresh, properly gapped Spark Plug

Holding checked, washed, and properly gapped your spark plugs is also an easy way to keep your WRX running at its best. The proper spacing for a 2002 or 2003 WRX is 0.028"-0.031" (0.7-0.8 mm).

– Fresh Air Filter

Some of these things are very basic that I hesitate to mention them, but a lot of times, things that we forget to do the simple things. So, when was the last time you checked your air filter? Imagine trying to breathe through your dirty pillows. Sounds tough, right? That's what you do every day car unless you make sure to clean your air filter

– Premium gasoline

With gas prices at an all-time high, this is one tip that is hard to swallow. They save the extra money at the pump seems a good way to pinch pennies, but do not do it. Save money elsewhere.
